DAY 1: CASABLANCA - RABAT - ASSILAH

You arrive at Casablanca airport, where we will meet and drive to Casablanca, and then to Rabat. In Casablanca, you will see the Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque outside Mecca. Continuing towards Rabat, the capital of Morocco, you will see the Hassan Tower and walk through the Kasbah Oudaya before registering in your night accommodation in a Riad in the heart of the Medina.

DAY 2: ASSILAH - TANGIER - CHEFCHAOUEN

After breakfast at your Riad, we will head to Chefchaouen through the city of Asilah. Most of the unit will be by the coast. Our first stop will be in Asilah, where you will have the opportunity to explore the city. Asilah is known for its annual art festival: most of the walls of the Medina are painted by several famous artists from around the world. Your visit includes the Skalla fortress, where you will experience a wonderful view of the Medina and the ocean. If time permits, you will have to drive through Tanger to get an idea of the city. DAY 3: EXPLORING CHEFCHAOUEN

After breakfast in your riad, you will start exploring Chefchaouen «The blue city of Morocco» with your own time to walk without a guide. Located in the passage of 2 higher mountains, Chefchaouen is a beautiful unique city, with its white walls and blue doors and windows. Unlike many parts of Morocco, Chefchaouen was occupied by Spain; therefore, there is much influence of Spanish civilization and Moorish architecture. DAY 4: CHEFCHAOUEN- VOLUBILIS- MEKNES- FEZ

Explore Fes with Sahara Tours Marruecos. After breakfast in your riad, you will start traveling to Fez through Ouazzan and the Roman site of Volubilis. After a couple of hours by car, you will arrive in Volubilis, the well-preserved Roman Empire dating from 225 BC, where you can see the most beautiful mosaics of Morocco dating from the 3rd century BC. Here you will have a guided tour of the site and learn a lot about the Roman Empire. After that, we travel to Meknes, the Ishmaelite capital of Morocco. In Meknes we see the fascinating Bab Mansour gate built by Sultan My Ismail; the barn and the Sahrij Souani, used for irrigation and planting. Your visit also includes the Mulay IsmailMausoleum. DAY 5: EXPLORING FEZ

After breakfast in your riad, you will begin to explore Fez, the «Spiritual City of Morocco». You will spend the whole morning exploring the Medina and its alleys; visiting most of the sites of cultural and historical interest, including the famous Al Karaouine Mosque and the University (the oldest in the world), the Bourasania Medrasa, the Tenerías and the Najjarine fountain. After lunch, we will take you out of the Median to see the door of the Royal Palace, walk through the Jewish neighborhood «Mellah», and then visit the pottery cooperative. In the afternoon, we will take you to one of the fortresses to experience an incredible panoramic view of the entire Medina of Fez. Night with breakfast in Riad.

DAY 6: FEZ- IFRANE- AZROU- MIDELT- ERRACHIDIA- ZIZ VALLEY- MERZOUGA

After breakfast, departure to the Ziz valley through the Middle Atlas mountains and the cedar forest and after passing the Zad pass (2178m / 7146ft), you reach Midelt, following Errachidia to reach Ziz Gorges and then to Errachidia and continue towards the Ziz valley where we stop for Merzouga (Camel ride and night in a camp)

After breakfast, departure to Merzouga (dunes of Erg Chebbi) along the Ziz Valley from a subsequent series of fortified villages with a pre-Saharan landscape rich in date palms, in the afternoon arrival at the dunes of Merzouga (Erg Chebbi ) at the hotel. Cool off a bit in the pool before leaving your camel caravan to participate in the middle of the dunes (about an hour and a half of camels). We will spend the night in the nomadic tent in the dunes to enjoy the desert sky full of stars.

DAY 7: MERZOUGA- GARGANTAS DEL TODRA- GARGANTAS DEL DADES- VALLE DEL DADES- OUARZAZATE

After breakfast, departure to Ouarzazate through the Todra Gorges. After a walk through the gorges, continue towards the Dades Gorges and then at the Kelaa M'Gouna in the valley of the roses, the city celebrates a celebration of roses every year after continuing towards Ouarzazate. DAY 8: OUARZAZAT- AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH - MARRAKECH

Built at the beginning of the 20th century by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chiefs, Ben Haddou Kasbah used to be one of his stops during his long journey from sub-Saharan countries to Marrakech, and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner and accommodation in riad.

DAY 9: EXPLORING MARRAKECH

After breakfast we explore Marrakech city with Sahara Tours Marruecos. We can start exploring Marrakech «the red city of Morocco». Your guide will ensure that you see most of the sites with historical and cultural interest, including the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the Koutoubia mosque, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace and the Ben Youssef Coranica School Lunch at a restaurant near the square, then in the afternoon visit the Majorelle Gardens, and brief visit of the new city of Marrakech and the Koutoubia tower.
