DAY 1 : TANGIER - CHEFCHAOUEN

Today we departure from your hotel in Tangier and you travel to Tetouan , then we explore best of Chefchaouen in Rif Mountains. We arrive there in the afternoon, we discover lovely medina. Night in the Hotel.
DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN - FES
Today after breakfast, you’ll head to the ancient ruins of Volubillis. Take a step back in time as you are guided through these 2,000-year-old Roman ruins… Set in front of green hills, this once busy Roman town is now an incredible historical site that gives a glimpse into the past. Your guide will explain the significance of each building, making this stop the most engaging history lesson you’ve ever had. You’ll then head to Meknes, an imperial city and UNESCO world heritage site. Stop for lunch there—ask your driver where his favorite stop is! We think lunch is always more delicious when it’s taken at a local stop. From Meknes, you will drive to Fes hotel.
DAY 3: FES - IFRAN -AZROU - MIDELT - MERZOUGA
We departure to the Middle Atlas Mountains and we explore Ifrane, a wonderful mountains village, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco” and then on to Midelt. During this journey you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest - the largest in Morocco - where you may well sight Barbary apes. After sometime within the forest, your journey continues to the desert along the magnificent hills and mountains of the Atlas the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge, taking in views of the High Atlas plateau, you’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city of Errachidia, Afterwards, you will travel to Erfoud, where also you will see the fossiles, then continue to Rissani and Merzouga. Overnight in hotel with dinner.
DAY 4: MERZOUGA CAMEL TREK
After breakfast in your hotel, we will visit the nomads in their goat hair tent and learn about the desert life, afterwards you visit the village of Khamlia, with their Gnawa music, and you will learn about them and enjoy their music. In the afternoon, we will head off in 4x4 vehicles across the barren land to the Sahara sand dunes. Then we will set off by camel for a 1-hour trek out to the oasis where you will spend the night in Berber tents. Dinner and Berber music in camp.
DAY 5: MERZOUGA - RISSANI - TODRA - DADES VALLEY
Ww wake early to climb a high dune to watch sunrise then we ride camels to Merzouga and after breakfast we transfer you to Rissani, then Tinerhir famed with its beautiful palm grove. We visit Todra Gorge, the highest oasis valley gorge in Morocco with 300m sheer cliffs and a mouth just 20 m wide, then we continue to Dades Gorge as an another great spot for trekking and climbing with the sheer coloured rock everywhere. Dinner and night in a kasbah.
DAY 6: DADES - SKOURA - OUARZAZATE - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH
On the last day we set off to Marrakech via Ouarzazate. You will visit Skoura and Atlas studios in Ouarzazate. Then we explore one of the jewels of Morocco - Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. After lunch here , we will head over the mountains to Marrakech. End of tour with Sahara Tours Marruecos.
